Blackhill Emeralds club notes

March 24, 2015

Presentation Night: A very enjoyable night was had on St. Patrick's Eve in the club. Firstly, Marion's curry was a huge hit and was even raided latter on in the night as the munchies kicked in. Club Person of the Year, Helen Mc Enaeney, accepted her well-earned award on front of family and friends. Gene Murphy presented the reserve team with their league medals before reading out an old Blackhill song which he had altered to remember the final. Fergal & Claire Toal received a token of good luck following their recent nuptials. Lucy Mc Ardle concluded the ceremony by presenting a recitation that she had composed herself to remember the highs and lows of 2014.

Juvenile Programme: A brief meeting will take place tonight, Thursday, in the club at 7pm. Anyone interested in helping out in developing a juvenile programme and/or coaching should attend.
