Pitch Availability: Micky Mc Carron will be in charge of pitch bookings for the coming year. All pitch bookings for matches and/or training sessions should be made through Micky. Team Managers and mentors in all codes and at all age groups should note that a pitch will not be available at any given time unless it has been booked and approved in advance.

Emyvale GAA Juvenile Club: would like to thank Glyn and Grainne from G&G Centra for sponsoring our juvenile teams again this year.  This is the fifth year in a row that G&G have so generously supported us, their continued support is extremely welcome and very much appreciated.

Emyvale GAA Registration night for Juveniles and all other Club Members to be held on Tuesday 24 February, 7:30pm to 9:30pm in Corracrin Sports Hall. The registration fee for Juveniles is €5 so please come along and register for 2015!!!  

Emyvale GAA Juvenile Club Nursery Programme commenced last Saturday morning and it was very well attended. The programme will run every Saturday morning until Saturday 28th March from 10:30am to 11:30am in the Emyvale Leisure Centre for children attending Junior Infants to 1st class. The U-10 indoor gaelic football winter league continued in the Monaghan Institute Sports Hall last Saturday morning and we had two teams competing on the day. The league runs for a further 2 weeks, the final Saturday being 28th February. There will be two time slots next Saturday 21st February with Emyvale in the 11.30am time slot. This year we will be entering a U-10 team in the Community Games Gaelic Football competition. Under-10 teams in Community Games are for children who are aged 10 or younger on the 1st August 2015. Anyone interested in playing in this competition who is not currently playing Gaelic Games please contact Martin O'Brien 0876721981.

The presentation of medals to both our U-12 teams took place last Friday 13th February in St. Macartan's Sport Hall. Medals were presented by Paul Durcan from the All Ireland winning Donegal team and the presentation was followed by an indoor blitz. A big thank you to Paul Durcan for travelling down on the night and giving so kindly of his time.

The Mc Elroy/Connelly Memorial Tournament will take place on Bank Holiday Monday 6th April 2015. This will be a U-16 tournament run on a Blitz basis. Keep the date free as help will be required on the day.

U-6, U-8, U-10, U-12, U-14 & U-16 coaches and managers are all in place and training will commence in the coming weeks. Good luck everyone in the season ahead.
