Under 14 - This team recommenced training indoors on Saturday afternoon last under the watchful eye of coaches Anthony Brennan, Sean Smyth and Barry Tomany. Also in attendence was Colin Malone from the Co Board Coaching Team and he helped roll out a Strength and
Flexibility Program for the panel to follow. The importance of players and parents taking responsibility for doing this on their own as instructed cannot be emphasised enough. It improves basic power, flexibility, reduces the chance of injury and improves the general
physical fitness of the player. Please ensure you follow the program during the week and all players should be in Drumhowan on this Saturday for another session at 4pm sharp. Wear runners and tracksuit and take a small bottle of water with you.

Juvenile Presentation and Registration night will take place this year on Sunday evening February 22nd. Medals will be presented to oursuccessful Under 12 & 14 sides from last year along with various Scor winners including our Double winning All Ireland Champions Music
