Monaghan Credit Unions Senior League:
We hosted blayney on sunday afternoon. Blayney opened the scoring with 3 unanswered points, our first score of the game was a goal with a perfectly timed run, two frees by Barry Mc Ginn left the score 1-1 to 0-5 with 11 minutes gone. Blayney found the ner in the 12th minute and another free from Barry Mc Ginn and another goal by Niall Connolly 2-2 to 1-5 but blayney responded straight away with another goal, further points by Barry Mc Bennett and Darren Connolly left the scoreline at half time 2-4 to 2-9 to blayney. The seconde half started point for point and then with 3 points hit on the trto with 42 minutes on the clock it was 2-9 to 2-11. Another goal for Doohamlet this time by Jamie Walshe in the 51st minute left it 3-10 to 2-15 which left for an
exciting last 8 minutes, points from Barry Mc Bennett and Shane McManus left the final score 3-12 to 2-17.

Breakfast Morning: The club would like to thank Gerry Mc Elroy, George Wallace Gerry Duffy & Gerry & Agnes Duffy for the kind donation. Also Thanks to the day care centre and hall committee for the use of the all and club members who helped out saturday and sunday and to all the players who helped out sunday morning and everyone else who helped out with the very successful Breakfast morning.
