Attention turns to JFC

July 25, 2014
Following the exploit of the Monaghan senior footballers last weekend, it is the turn of the junior club football championship to take centre stage over the coming days.

Two qualifier games are down for decision on Saturday and Sunday as Drumhowan meet Oram at Blackhill, while the following day Scotstown and Toome clash at Tyholland.

Both Drumhowan and Oram are starring elimination from the championship should they lose and this has the hallmarks of a keenly contested battle.

Toome will be favourites to see off Scotstown's second string on Sunday afternoon, but they will have to be at their best to do so.
