Friday April 18th Monaghan face into what is essentially a defining game for their season when they travel to Kingspan Breffni Park to take on Cavan in the semi-final of the Ulster Minor hurling championship Shield section at 7:30 p.m.. "This is definitely a defining game for our season because defeat means that our season is completely over but if we can get the same commitment going as we had in our game against Tyrone we will not be far away" said MOnaghan manager Arthur Hughes.
