Team news: Minor hurlers ready for Kildare

Meath minor hurling captain Jamie Leavey

The Meath team to take on Kildare in the All Ireland Minor B Hurling Championship semi final has been announced. Manager Nick Fitzgerald has stuck with the same starting XV that recorded a facial win over Sligo last time out.

Dunderry's Jamie Leavy will captain the team from the half forward line. The very talented full forward line of Potterton, Gilmartin and Mullen accounted for 7-11 in that win over the Yeats County men. Seanie Martin, who scored 3-4 as a second half substitute against Sligo starts on the bench.

For the second Saturday running Meath have home advantage. Throw in at Lomans Park Trim tomorrow August 20th is at 3pm.
