Na Fianna 0-8 Wolfe Tones 0-8

Na Fianna came up against Wolfe Tones in the 2nd round of the Junior Hurling Championship in Kildalkey last Sunday.

The game was played in scorching conditions which was enjoyed by spectators but not so much by players. Na Fianna went in at half time 1 point up. Na Fianna 0-04, Wolfe Tones 0-03.

The game was a low scoring affair by both sides with the same amount of wides by each team. This was literally a game of two halves. Na Fianna was stronger in the first half and Wolfe Tones in the second. A draw was probably a fair result.
