A little over five weeks ago we brought you a story on jockey Robbie Power. Moynalvey PRO Paul Greene was in contact with our offices to put the record straight. Robbie Power is a Moynalvey man.

What a five weeks it has been since for the former Moynalvey footballer with no less than seven grade one race titles to his name including big wins in the Cheltenham Gold Cup, the Melling Chase at Aintree and the Irish Grand National. 'Puppy' completed an unbelievable winning streak on board the Jessica Harrington trained Sizing John to win the Punchestown Gold Cup yesterday.
