The winning margin probably doesn't reflect the nature of the match with result in the balance going into the last quarter when there were only a couple of points in the difference.

Bective withstood a bright opening by Drumbaragh and had to defend resolutely to not concede a goal or two. They then built up a 7 pt lead before conceding a goal on stroke of half time to leave score at 0-9 to 1-3.

The third quarter was a tight affair before Bective pulled away with a Sean Keating goal to get the win
