St Vincents Curraha 4-6 Wolf Tones 3-6.

St Vincents Curraha under 14 footballers collected their second trophy of the season on Friday evening in Dunganny with a three point win over Wolfe Tones.

Having secured the Division 4 league Cup earlier in the year they now added the Division C Shield. The game turned out to be a very competitive affair with little separating the sides. St Vincents held a two point lead at the break 2-4 to 2-2.

Wolfe Tones responded well after the break and dominated the early exchanges. During this spell they surged into the lead and things looked ominous for the combined side. St Vincents Curraha weren't to be denied as they weather the storm and with some excellent team work they took complete control in the final ten minutes to secure the Shield trophy.
