Pitch Development
For many years now the club has been in need of a second playing pitch to cater for the large numbers of players we have lining out each year.
In total we have 24 sides between Men's, Ladies and Juvenile which puts huge pressure on our current facilities.
This year we have been lucky to procure land adjacent to our current premises on which we will be developing an all-weather sand based floodlit pitch along with using some of the land we already own.
The total cost of this development will be €350,000 and to pay for this we are going to be embarking on a major fundraising drive.
Over the next three weeks representatives from the club will be calling to each house in the parish explaining why this pitch is needed and how people can help with our fundraising drive.
This new pitch will be a much needed addition to our facilities and will result in us having one of the finest playing pitches in the country. 

Junior B
This Saturday will see our Junior B's contest the Seamus Connolly Catering JBFC for the second consecutive season when they take on St. Vincents.  Throw in is at 15:30 in Páirc Tailteann and we are calling on all our supporters to turn the county grounds into a sea of blue and yellow. 

We wish the team and management of Mick Dillon, Declan Byrne and Steven Dillon all the best on Saturday as they seek to take the Fr. Tully Cup back to Fr. Tully Park. 

At half time our U-10's will play their counterparts from St. Vincent's in an exhibition game. 

Minor
Our Minor side have got their Championship campaign off to a positive start with victories over Duleek/Bellewstown and Ratoath.  In Round 1 they came from eleven points behind early in the second half to win out by 3-12 to 1-16 and then in Round 2 they overcame Ratoath by 1-12 to 0-10.  This leaves them qualified for the semi-final. 

U-15
With two rounds of the U-15 League played the side have won one game and lost the other.  In their opening game they lost out to Navan O'Mahony's by 2-19 to 3-12 before bouncing back to winning ways when overcoming Walterstown by 5-09 to 5-06 in Walterstown last Sunday. 

In Round 3 they will play Rathkenny on Sunday evening in Fr. Tully Park at 17:00. 

U-13
The U-13's have gotten their League off to a mixed start with a draw against Trim and a defeat away to Simonstown Gaels.  In their draw against Trim they hit a late point to level the game at 3-10 to 2-13 while the followed this up with a 7-07 to 3-07 defeat against Simonstown. 

In Round 3 they face a trip to take on St. Peter's and St. Pauls on Saturday October 10th at 14:30.   

U-11
The U-11's have played two matches recently, defeating Simonstown Gaels by 31-25 before losing out to Skryne on Monday last after two competitive games. 

Seneschalstown Nursery
Coaching for our U-6 and U-8 sides drew to a conclusion for 2015 last Saturday morning following their session in Kentstown. 

The coaches would like to thank all the players for their excellent efforts over the year and look forward to seeing them in 2016. 

Senior Ladies
The Senior Ladies reign as Meath Senior Champions came to an end recently when they lost out to Oldcastle in their refixed Coca Cola Senior Football Championship semi-final in Bective. 

Oldcastle were full value for their win on the day and went on to contest the final v St. Ultans who eventually came out on top following a replay. 

Girls U-18
The Minor Ladies recently took on Simonstown Gaels in Fr. Tully Park in their Championship and despite a stirring second half performance fell to a 6-18 to 4-18 defeat. 

Next up is an away game against Clann na Gael on Sunday at 18:00. 

Girls U-15
The U-15 Girls will play Navan O'Mahonys on Saturday at 12:15 in Fr. Tully Park. 

Girls U-13
The U-13 Girls have had some excellent performances in recent weeks as they overcame both Gaeil Colmcille and Trim.  Against Gaeil Colmcille they won out by 2-07 to 0-03 following a tough encounter and this was followed up by a 6-20 to 0-03 win over Trim. 

This coming Sunday they will take on Summerhill in Summerhill at 11:30.   

Girls U-11
The U-11 Girls took on Trim on Monday night and following a very competitive encounter both sides could go home very pleased with their efforts.  At this age no score is kept, with the emphasis placed on skill development. 

Girls U-9
The U-9 Girls completed their coaching for this year last Monday when following their training session they received their football achievement award. 

This Saturday they will finish off their season when they host an eight team Blitz in Fr. Tully Park at 10:30.  Castletown, Duleek/Bellewstown, Simonstown Gaels, St. Mary's, St. Ultan's and Wolfe Tones are the visiting clubs while we will have two teams. 

Ladies Football Training Times
Girls U-9 and U-11 training is on Mondays from 18.30 - 19.30Girls U-13 training is on Mondays from 19:00 - 20:00Girls U-15 training is on Wednesdays from 19:00 - 20:00

Meath Ladies U-12'sWell done to Anna Wogan and Zoe Kirwan who both represented Meath in a recent Leinster U-12 Blitz as their team beat Laois, Carlow and Wexford in the qualifying rounds before overcoming Wexford again in the final. 

Lotto
The numbers drawn in this week's Lotto were 8, 9, 16 and 27.  There was no winner of the jackpot of €9,200 which means next week's jackpot will be worth €9,300.  The 5 by €25 winners were Sarah Smith, Avril McKeever, Barry Clarke, Eugene Ward and Patricia Finnegan.
