Na Fianna: 4-15 Kiltale: 0-15
Na Fianna marched into the semi-finals of the IHC with a comfortable victory over Kiltale in Kildalkey on Saturday afternoon.
Kiltale matched Na Fianna for some of the first half but never really troubled them from then on. Na Fianna had the match almost wrapped up by half time when leading by 2-09 to 0-6. Ronan Byrne was impressive as he hit 1-04 from play while his full forward partners Eoin Reilly and Barry Slevin also notched big scores. Mark Slevin finished well to the net after half time to finish the game as a contest but Kiltale battled well nonetheless.
Na Fianna had excellent performances from Niall Reilly, Ronan Byrne, Eoin Reilly and Barry Slevin while Daniel Gleeson was a dominant figure at centre half back.
Na Fianna go forward to face the tough test of Wolfe Tones next week in the IHC semi-final.
