St. Michaels 6-15, Ratoath 0-1.  

Delivering a smooth display, St. Michaels cruised past a hapless Ratoath side in very wet conditions in Carlanstown on Sunday evening. Marion Farrelly was one of the stars of the show with 4-1 to her name and she was closely followed by Patricia Owens who bagged 2-0.

The home side had the game wrapped up by half time leading by 1-9 to 0-1 following points from Sinéad McCormack 0-4, and one each from Megan O'Brien, Aisleen Harte, Seona Lynch Alicia Curtis and Marion Farrelly, Owens got her opening goal after 26 minutes.                                           

The pattern continued throughout the second period  with Farrelly adding her 4 goals, her third coming from the penalty spot after Edwina Olwill was brought down in the square on 54 minutes. St. Michaels are now through to the semi-finals.
