G4G
The Gaelic 4 Girls crew upped sticks and headed for the hills of Wicklow recently to play in a Leinster Blitz against other teams in the program. St Patricks brought an U10 and U12 team to take part on the day. Summer finally arrived with the Sun making a most welcome appearance and the girls had a most enjoyable morning and early afternoon where they got to show off their skills in front of a large audience of parents and coaches. While it was a non-competitive blitz with no scores kept both teams performed excellently on the day and all the girls did St Patricks proud. They all have a very bright future in the game. We are coming near the end of the 8 weeks of the program and the progress from day one has been astonishing and we will now look to integrate the girls into the existing U10 and U12 teams. Special thanks to Phil Harney who helped coach and manage the U12 team on the day and thanks to all the parents who gave lifts to the children and helped out on the day.

LGFA

This year we will have four very strong teams battling it out for Cup & Shield glory where this competition will be ran over next six weeks or so with all results and tables appearing our our facebook page. The reason for this is it is a good way of keeping the girls playing football plus hopefully everyone will get to play in it as I know people have holidays upcoming. Teams are Fierce & Fabulous managed by Mary Grant & Arissa Buckley - The Pink Panthers managed by Polly Smith & Debbie Wogan - The Smurfs Managed by Sarah Sullivan & Tracy Reilly and The Great Greens Managed by Louise Maloney & Beata Interewicz. A massive Very big thank you to these ladies for putting their names forward for this in house tournament.

Well done to all. In our U8's & U10's who traveled to Simonstown Gaels Gaa in Navan to participate in their home blitz. Thanks to all who supported all teams, to hosts Simonstown for their kind welcome and spread of drinks/teas/sambo's & cakes for the kids & adults. Also noted was great to see the participation of the Simonstown "Young Whistlers" and a credit to them. Thanks to our own Managers/Mentors for their continuous support, training and mentoring of our U8's & U10's considering its a volunteer non-paid role in giving your time up to do it. All of the mornings action images are on our Facebook page.  In U12 group E and round 7 St.Vincents of Ardcath were the visitors to Stamullen with St.Pats winning 0:26 to 0:09. In the Group E league semi final St.Pats faced Dunsany in Dunsany and were narrowly beaten in the end having look dead & burried at halftime.  The Pats fought well in the second half & turned things around after the break when they produced a great come back only to be denied but the sheer persistance in the home side just shading it in the end.  Well done to the Pats U12 panel great season and a great feat in making to your first league semi final. "Legends" Two Men One Club
If you look the word "Stalwart" up in the dictionary you will find "a loyal, reliable, and hard-working supporter of or participant in an organization or team in a particular field" In the Gaa field of St.Patricks lies the names .Johnny Purfield & Pat Ryan  living legends of St.Pats Gaa & beyond. Not many Gaa clubs in Meath can say that they have or had a Purfield or Ryan attached in some capacity but in Stamullen the men are very well known throughout who give unstintingly to the service of the Club & Gaa. Johnny has been involved with the club from the late 50's and still to present day in the position of grounds chairperson. As for the county board Johnny first represented St.Pats at county board level from 59 to 70 and returned in 1988 inbetween taken up refereeing in which he refereed two county semi finals. On this his return Pat joined Johnny at county board level carrying out a strong tradition of club representation. Johnny not afraid to voice his opion and to speak his mind at meetings on various county issues. His envolvment also within the Meath Junior and U21 selection. For Pat to this day holds the postion of Club secretary, been meticulious in his work and role and probably one of the better secretarys within Meath Gaa. Towards the end of 2014 both Johnny & Pat decided to retire as  county board delegates after 25yrs. Meath County Board Chairman singled out both as great clubman & servants to St.Patricks Gaa and great club delegates to have at the county board meetings. St.Patricks are greatful to Johnny & Pat for the amount of time and travelling they have done in representing their club at county board meetings. Pat & Johnny continue to work daily for the club and their dedication is an inspiration to all who follow behind. Their dedication to club and Gaa life is what the Gaa ethos is all about.
