Team news: Like fathers, like sons

Tommy Carr and Bernard Flynn will put their Dublin/Meath rivalry to one side this Saturday to support the Westmeath minor footballers in their Leinster opener against Wexford in Innovate Wexford Park.

Former Dublin star Carr's sons Garrett has been named at full-back by Lake County manager Aidan Lennon while two-time All-Ireland winning Royal County forward Flynn's son Billy will line out alongside him in the full-back line.

Cathal Daly and Sam Duncan, meanwhile, are the survivors from last year's team that exited at the hands of Offaly.
