St Colmcilles kept their winning start to 2015 going with a 5-10 to 1-11 win over Longwood in Round 1 of the Corn na Boinne last night.
The win sees the Cilles advance to the quarter finals.
Meath Junior and current Waterford IT star, Ben Brennan hit 2-5 in an impressive performance whilst former county minor Ruairi O'Grady also hit 2-2 on the night leaving those in attendance wondering why he was not part of the current u21 panel. With a strong wind at their backs, the Seasiders laid the foundation for the win with a 2-5 to 0-2 interval lead.
