Camogie: Big game for Kilmessan

October 10, 2014

Kilmessan's Aileen Donnelly against Johnstownbridge.

Kilmessan will be hoping to reach the Leinster Junior Camogie Final on Saturday when they take on Kildare champions Johnstownbridge in the semi final at Dunsany.

After their comfortable win over Dunboyne in the county final, Kilmessan turned their attention to the provincials. Last weekend Westmeath champions Lough Lene Gaels were sent packing 2-21 to 3-4 in Kilmessan.

Kilmessan and Johnstownbridge have met at the semi final stage for the past two years. In 2012 The Meath girls emerged victorious 3-7 to 2-9 in Ratoath. Last year in Kilmessan the Kildare champions emerged with a comfortable win.
