***LOTTO RESULTS***

 

WIN €5,600 !!!! This week's jackpot now heads for €5,600 after there was no jackpot winner, however we did have 3 match 3''s, Pat Donoghue, Declan Clinton & Fiona Clynch win €70 each. Numbers drawn were 4,10,15,21.

 

***INTERMEDIATE HURLING SEMI FINAL ***

Hard luck to our intermediate hurlers who lost out to Kilskyre in the Intermediate Hurling Semi Final played in Trim on Sunday on a scoreline of Drumree 1-08 Kilskyre 2-11.

 

*** U10 JUSTINE WALL MEMORIAL CAMOGIE BLITZ ***

 

Justine Wall Memorial Blitz is scheduled for Saturday 4th October, 11 am - 1 pm in Drumree. Clubs invited are Kilmessan, Kiltale & Navan. This competition is for U 10 camogie girls. It is an annual event to commemorate the passing of Justine Wall in 2006 who played with St Martin's. The memorial blitz is going into its seventh year. If you are around to help out or support on the day, please do so as it would be very much appreciated by Martin & Lorraine Wall & Family. Also please spread the word.

 

***SPONSORED CYCLE 2014***

GET ON YER BIKE !!!!

Drumree GAA are hosting a Sponsored Cycle to Mullingar on Saturday October 18th. Following on from the success of last year's event we are now looking for men & women for this year's 100km trip ! Anyone who took part last year will agree that it was a brilliant weekend & one that was talked about form many weeks after !

We are asking for each cyclist that takes part to raise a minimum of €150 in sponsorship, for this each cyclist will get an overnight stay in a hotel in Mullingar with dinner & breakfast included. A bus will collect all cyclist & bikes the following morning and bring back them to Drumree. It will be great craic & a will help raise much needed funds for the club.

The organisers have requested that you pre-register your interest in this event. This is so that they can correctly plan for the event and to ensure safety for all. If interested please contact Rob Lyons on 086 2287499 or Brendan Walsh on 086 3359435.
