What is strength and conditioning?
Strength and conditioning is it is the application of sound scientific principles designed to develop all fitness components ranging from flexibility, mobility, strength, power, endurance, speed, agility, co-ordination and balance.

At Titan we,

    Physically Evaluate
        Body fat testing, is the athlete at the optimal BF% for their given sport.
        Screening, this is an investigative process where by the strength coach will assess the athletes competency in basic movement patterns (squat, lunge, hurdle step, straight leg raise…), the athletes deviations from what is considered perfect may indicate a weakness and or a tightness in that athletes 'kinetic' chain.
        Capacity testing, This process involves testing the athletes sport related capacities, power, strength, anaerobic fitness, endurance, the test chosen will be decided by the sport.

    
    Design Programme.
        Using the information gathered from the tests performed above, our coaches will design a tailor made programme that will address all your athletes needs, from mobility to strength, power, agility and endurance.

    
    Nutritional Plan
        As nutritional coaches we are in the unique position to offer all our clients the chance to evaluate all aspects of your dietary habits and work with you to help implement positive changes. We will advise what food to eat, when to eat them and the effect of each meal on performance.

    
    Evaluation
        Continual monitoring is important to ensure positive gains are made throughout your programme.
