Boardsmill ladies senior and junior teams accepted the icebucket  challenge on Sunday morning.

The challenge was made possible with the help of club members and lots of cold water . Any of the participants who managed to escape the tractor loader deluge were drowned by some very enthusiastic members of the under 11 girls team armed with buckets of ice cold water.

Davina Dempsey, on behalf of the team, nominated St Ultans ladies football team, Ballivor ladies football team and the Boardsmill senior hurling team to accept the ice bucket challenge.
