St. Patricks's Juvenile Gaa Section held the inaugural Blitz for Season 2014 at their grounds in Stamullen back on April 5th. What proved out to be a successful days GAA that was very well organised by the Juvenile committee along side those from Meath Go Games. The Weather played its part which enabled the wonderful teams that participated on the day to display their GAA skills.

St.Pats Club PRO Gareth Mcdonnell was speaking to An Cathaoirleach, of Naomh Padraig C.L.G Anto Woods who said "It gives me great pleasure to congratulate all our members and in particular the New Juvenile Committee & the Ladies in our Kitchen for organising a spectacular opening day of Meath Go Games Gaa.


It was no doubt a great day for our club, executed with true professionalism. Also I send on my thanks to Seamus Kenny, Jenny Rispin & their team at Meath Coaching & Games for ensuring all the games went without any disruption.

Finally I send on my thanks to the Order Of Malta for their magnificent care of all the players that participated on the day".

Training Resumes
Training has resumed for all underage age groups for all boys & girls. Log on to our Facebook page "stpatricksgaastamullen" for more information on all ages groups where you will find dates & times for all age groups posted you might even come across a training session in progess.

Underage Girls "LGFA" Football
Our underage girls section has kicked off in style and the month of April has proved to be a great starting block for the girls. First up in their first game was the U10's under new managers of David McKeon & Pat Mannion. The U10's are new to St.Patricks only formed for the start of 2014 season had their first win by defeating Dunboyne Girls by taken the last score of the game. A great win to start their season. Other age groups performing well during the month of April were the Girls U12's who defeated Dunboybe U12's by a scoreline of 3:04 to 1:02 while the U14's Green & White Teams featured in 2 great games both against Trim Girls respectively. Underage Boys Results.
In the boys section the U14's they went down to a good side in Round Towers which was played in Drumbaragh in the Faoi 14 Sraith Peile Roinn 4 Babhta 6 only to be beaten by 4pts: Final Score Round Towers 6:07 - St Patrick's 4:09. In the U16's St.Pats were defeated by a single score against Drumconrath Meath/Hill Final score St.Pats 3:11 Drumconrath Meath Hill 4:09.

While in the mens there was a good win for St.Pats Football B League Division 3 Round 4 against Syddan with St.Pats coming away with a 13pt win. Final Score Syddan 0:09 - St Patrick's 1-19.

DVD - All Ireland Heros
St Patricks GAA have released a DVD of the St Pats Tribute night honouring their 5 Meath All Ireland winning stars. Starting in '54 right through to '99 , This is your chance to hear the stories of every Ireland final won by the Royal County (bar one) first hand by those who took part. Hosted by RTE Sports presenter and Commentator Daragh Maloney, the night was magical from start to finish. See Kevin "Gus" Lenehan , Pat "Red" Collier, Michael Mc Quillan, Cormac Sullivan and Cormac Murphy entertain a packed clubhouse while Sean Boylan sits back and smiles throughout as he kicks every ball in every final listed here. Juvenile presentation photos.
We have images for sale taken from the Juvenile presentation from 2012. Age groups are U6-U8-U10 BOYS - GIRLS FROM U12-U16 - AND BOYS FROM U12 TO MINOR. We also have images dating back some 10yrs. Our Club Shop

Club Lotto
Our club lotto continues to go from strength to strength with the fantastic support of the public within the local community however we are always looking for new people to give it a go. Club lotto can be done within the club or any committee member within the club. Lotto take place every Tuesday night in Whytes of Stamullen. The Cost is €2 a ticket and there also is a "Crossbar Challenge". Enquire within the club. Your Support is greatly appreciated.

Senior Mens Hurlers 2014
Our mens team have started back together for the season ahead and are featured in a number of friendlies before there own leagues are competitions recommence. Their latest friendly was a challenge match against Skerries Harps with St.Pats coming away with a 12pt win. Final score was St.Pats 3.13 Skerries Harps 1.07

Community Games 2014.
Best of Luck to the U10's boys & girls who will represent the parishes of Stamullen & Julianstown in the Communnity Games at the end of April in Trim. For some it's their 2nd and final year playing at this level and will want to go as far in the tournament as possible. For those on their 1st outing we wish you well and hope you get the experience of playing in a competitive tournament at U10 Level.
