A good start saw Clonard enjoy a comfortable win in JFC Round 2 Group A over Dunsany in Longwood where two goals in each half boosted Kevin Foley's side.

Clonard raced into 2-5 to 0-4 lead at the break the scores from S McNevin (0-3) A Boland (0-2) J Fitzsimons (1-0) C Foley (1-0).

S McNevin(1-1) gave Clonard the perfect start to the second-half with a superb goal while A Boland stretched the lead with (1-2) while points from B Reilly(0-2) K Darby(0-1) C Foley (0-1) ensured victory.
