On this week's show Dara and his guests, David Henry, Seán Bán Breathnach and Marcus Ó Buachalla look ahead at the second round of the National Football League, the All-Ireland Hurling Club semi-finals, and the RBS six nations opening round.
Seó Spóirt's reporter Gemma Ní Chionnaith will speak with the Mayo Footballer, Diarmuid O'Connor about their upcoming game in the second round of the National Football League.
Gemma will also speak with the rugby corepondent from The Irish Times, Gerry Thornley ahead of Ireland clash against Wales in the opening round of the RBS Six Nations 2016.
The series also features great competitions for viewers, including weekly and monthly prize give aways. Viewers can also look forward to the 'Thar an Trasnán' compeititon in association with O'Neills. This year and for the very first time, GAA clubs throughout the country will be able to participate in the competition.
