Mayo chiefs expect Donie Buckley to remain as trainer of the county's senior footballers.

The Western People reports that a source close to the county board's executive committee has said the Kerry native, nor strength and conditioning coach Barry Solan, have yet to make their intentions known one way or the other.

Solan recently accepted a full-time S&C position at Arsenal FC while Buckley arrived in Mayo as a part of James Horan's backroom team two years ago.
