Following their SF quarterfinal win over Charlestown last weekend, Garrymore now face defending champions Castlebar Mitchels in the semi final and team captain Shane Nally stressed that they are looking forward to the clash.

Despite going into this weekend's semi final as massive underdogs, Nally stressed to the Western People that there was a great atmosphere amongst the squad.

"The camp is in great form this week," said Nally. "Lads are training really well. There's a good buzz, a good atmosphere in and around the team after the win over Charlestown.

"We had our first session there and you could see the enthusiasm and energy in the way the guys were playing."
