Adam Gallagher won't play any part in Mayo's All-Ireland SFC quarter-final against either Cork or Sligo on Sunday week, August 3.

The 2012 minor captain suffered a hip injury while playing for Mayo Gaels in their 2-12 to 0-7 IFC victory over Tourmakeady last weekend, and will miss the Croke Park encounter.

On the plus side, Lee Keegan, Tom Cunniffe and Chris Barrett are all expected to be fit. Tweet
