The quarterfinalists for this year's intermediate football championship are now known.

Following last weekend's last round of group stage matches, the eight teams remaining in the IFC must now prepare for the quarterfinals.

The 2013 beaten finalists Kilmaine, Hollymount/Carramore, Mayo Gaels, and Kiltimagh emerged as the group winners in the last weekend.

Also through to the last eight are Ballyhaunis, The Neale, Swinford and Belmullet who picked up the necessary wins to advance to the next round.
