Mayo goalkeeper Rob Hennelly has revealed that he knew which way he was diving for Galway's penalty before the game!

When Galway were awarded a penalty midway through the second half, Hennelly made a top class save diving low to his right to deflect Shane Walsh's shot out for a '65.

It was a crucial moment in the game as Galway had started the second half well, and Hennelly told the Mayo News that he had made his mind up before the game that if there was a penalty then he was diving to his right.

"I knew which way I was going before the game," said Hennelly. "I knew which way I was going, but I didn't know if he was gonna go that way. You just have to commit to it, it's a penalty save - it's 50/50."
