Former Mayo senior football trainer Martin McGrath was all smiles at the end of last weekend's Feile Peil na nOg.

That is because, McGrath had just helped guide South London to the Division 3 Cup title following their victory over Monaghan's Aughnamullen in the final.

Martin has been working with the school for the past three years and he told the Western People that they would be back next year aiming for the Division Two title.

"I set this goal in place three years ago with Pat Winston and Niall McCann," said McGrath. "It's a fantastic achievement and as I prepare a team for this year's under-12 All-Britain championship. I have 40 players to choose from.

"I have my first eleven players in place and they have amazing skill level at this moment of time so mark my words, these boys will be competing at Division 1 All-Ireland Feile in two years, I guarantee you that." Tweet
