Division 1: We had a heart breaking defeat last Saturday night in Kilkerley when we lost by a single point conceding a goal in the last minute. The lads had come back from seven points down at half time to lead by two going into the last minute and even after the goal we had two good chances to get the equalizer but it wasn't to be. You hear it many times on telly from many football pundits that when you're at the bottom of the table you just don't seem to get the rub of the green or the run of the ball, well that was the way it was on Saturday night, when you need a bit of luck it deserts you. However we move on and play Naomh Mairtin next Friday night in the Grove in what is now one of the most important games for your club in the last number of years, so we would like to get as many people as possible to come to the game and get behind the team for this vital match.

Underage: The underage championship draws were made a while ago in the Minor B Championship we are in group 2 along with St Nicholas, Clan Na Gael and Noamh Fionnbarr/Lannleire. In the under 16 B Championship we are in group 3 along with O'Raghallaighs and Newtown Blues. In the under 14 B Championship we are in group 2 along with Glen Emmets and Dreadnots. Dates times and venues all to be confirmed.
