Hunterstown Rovers club news.
Hunterstown Rovers are looking for businesses, players past and present, parents of juveniles, members and family members, general public and emigrants of the club to join our 150 club. We were founded 75 years ago next year and we hope to improve our facilities by adding floodlights and a new stand which will be constructed in 2 phases. Phase 1 will be the building of the stand and seats and shell of the dressing rooms, which is not grant aided. Phase 2 will be construction underneath the stand including, 2 dressing rooms, showers, toilets, wheelchair access, physio rooms, referees room and public toilets. Plans for the development are being finalised at present, with commencement date due later this year. Details of the 150 club are available from Dessie Levins 087-6811945, Facebook or on posters at the field or in the Hunterstown Inn. We are hoping a few more people and businesses will sign up to the 150 club before the 10th of June, so please sign up so we can provide the best possible facilities to all of our players now and in the future. Your name or company name will be forever associated with the building of the new stand by the way of a wall plaque.
