Bevan Duffy Louth gets the better of Wexford's Paddy Byrne in Div 3 league game in Drogheda
Armagh and Fermanagh continue to set the pace at the top of Division Three after both Ulster teams recorded their third successive victories this afternoon.
Goals from Aidan Forker and Mark Shields helped the Orchard County to a facile 2-16 to 1-6 victory over Limerick in Kilmallock, while Sean Quigley (1-5) and Paul McCusker netted as Pete McGrath's charges also maintained their 100% record by beating Tipperary in Enniskillen, 2-9 to 0-11.
Something will have to give when the top two meet in the Athletic Grounds next Saturday night!
Meanwhile, Louth and Clare are hot on their heels after wins over Wexford and Sligo (both of whom remain pointless at the foot of the table) respectively today.
The Wee County enjoyed a 1-16 to 1-10 victory over the Model County in Drogheda and the Banner County scored more times than anybody else this weekend as they inflicted a 0-22 to 1-13 defeat on the Yeats men in Ennis.
