Sheelan Cup: What a difference a couple of days make and a few players back in the squad. We had a good win on Sunday morning to get the club back to winning ways. Playing against the wind in the first half we held the opposition to only a one point lead at half time. In the second half we were much better and once we got our nose's in front we kept the lead and went on for the win. It's the Oliver Plunketts next week and just one word for the lad's, Gumshields you cannot play without them.

New Boy: On behalf of the club we would like to welcome Martin O'Mara who joins us from Carlow. We wish him every success on the field with us and welcome him to our club and community.
Under 21: Good luck to the Louth under 21 team and our players Robert Quigley and Cian Doyle in the Leinster Championship tomorrow night in Clan Na Gael Park, throw in 7.30pm.
Bingo: Bingo will continue in our clubrooms this Wednesday 25th February at 8.00pm, jackpot €6,400 in 48 numbers. All welcome.
The Pull: The play on Friday night last was good and indeed it could have been about any Gaa club in the country and had a few similarities with our own committee meetings, although all will be denied whether through the chair or from the chair. Thank you to all involved in putting it on, all who attended and also all who participated in it on the night. It was something different and an enjoyable night.
Membership Fee: The membership fees for 2015 are as follows, adult €40, and juvenile 16 to 18 years of age €20 and pensioners 65 and over €20. The closing date for membership is 31st March; contact our membership officer David (Biscuit) Neasy 087-7552822.
Slimming World: Slimming World will be in our clubrooms every Monday from 7.00pm with consultant Kayleigh 087-061577.
