O Raghallaighs CLG All Ireland Function Update

September 17, 2014

O Raghallaigh's CLG will host an pre- All Ireland Football Final evening on Friday 19th September in their clubhouse on the North road. This will be the third year of the Ragh's Up For The Match event and it is growing in popularity with large attendances. The highlight of the evening is a question and answer session with invited guests who are legends in the GAA world. Kilkenny's hurling great DJ Carey is our guest of honour this year, he will be joined by Terry Kierans who scored the winning goal for Meath in the 1967 All Ireland final, two heroes of past Louth campaigns Stefan White and Colin Kelly will share their veiws while the brilliant Joey Maher former world handball champion makes a welcome return to the club. Our clubhouse will be decked out in the green and gold colours of the competing counties in this years All Ireland Final, Donegal and Kerry. It would be great to see everyone present wearing their club or county team jerseys on the night. A draw for two All Ireland Football tickets will also take place to raise funds for O Raghallaigh's Handball club. Tickets are available in the clubhouse and will be on sale at this event, €5 per line or three lines for €10. There will be musical entertainment and finger food on the evening, admission is FREE. Throw in @ 9pm everyone welcome and please come early to enjoy the craic on a memorable night.
