August 06, 2014Fixtures: Under 15 Division 3, Wednesday 6/8/14, Kilkerley/N. Malachi, Home, 7.30pm: Division 1 League, Saturday 9/8/14, Dreadnots, Grove, 7.00pm: Under 18 Championship, Monday 11/8/14, Dundalk Gaels, Home, 7.15pm.
Lotto: Tickets can still be purchased for the next lotto draw on 19th August, jackpot €17,200.
Division 4B: We played our last game in this division last Tuesday night and although we lost we put in a great second half performance. 12 points down a half time we got back to within two and with a little be of luck cloud have won the game. On behalf of the club we would like to thank the players for turning out for the team even dough we were on the wrong end of some big losses this year, and also to manager Malcolm McDonnell and selectors Alan Brennan and Paul McKeever who had a difficult job this season but never stopped encouraging the players no matter how far behind on the scoreboard the team was. Unfortunately we finished bottom of the table and it looks we will be in division 4C next year.

Bingo: Bingo will continue in our clubrooms this Wednesday 6th August at 8.00pm, jackpot €3,500 in 48 numbers. All welcome.
Clocks: O'Connell's wall clocks available, ideal gift, one can be seen behind the bar in our clubhouse or contact big Jim Connolly for further details.
Zumba-Fitness: Zumba fitness classes in our clubrooms every Tuesday at 7.00pm and again at 8.00pm with Heather Gorden 087-9835279.
