Kilkenny minor manager Richie Mulrooney has named his side for this afternoon's All-Ireland quarter-final round clash with Limerick at Semple Stadium.

Conor Kelly (O'Loughlin Gaels) and Cian Kenny (James Stephens) start at centre-field for the Cats while Bennetsbridge's Ciaran Brennan is stationed on 'the 40'.

If Kilkenny win they'll advance to an All-Ireland semi-final meeting with Tipperary, while a win for Limerick would see them facing Dublin in the last four as a provincial final pairings cannot be repeated in the semis.

Throw-in at the famous Thurles venue is at 3pm.

Kilkenny (All-Ireland MHC v Limerick): Jason Brennan; Pádraig Dempsey, Jamie Young, Dylan Crehan; Darragh Maher, Shane Staunton, Jamie Harkin; Conor Kelly, Cian Kenny; Jack Morrissey, Ciaran Brennan, George Murphy; Cathal O'Leary, Dan Coogan, Jack Buggy

Subs: Stephen Keoghan, Harry Walsh, Pádraic Moylan, David Fogarty, Chris Korff, Killian Rudkins, William Halpin, Killian Hogan, Eoin Guilfoyle
