Big clash in SHC round two

July 27, 2016

There will be a repeat of last year's county SHC final in round two of this year's championship following this week's draw.

Camross and Clough-Ballacolla will go head to head once again with the latter coming out on top in last year's decider.

However, Camross will be buoyed by their opening round win over Rathdowney-Errill after two late Zane Keenan points helped them to victory.

Clough-Ballacolla have had the upper hand in recent meetings defeating Camross in the last two county finals and Arien Delaney's men are sure to want to make amends when the sides clash.

The other game in the winners' section sees Borris-Kilcotton take on Ballinakill.

In the qualifying section Rathdowney-Errill meet Abbeyleix and Portlaoise face The Harps.

All games are due to be played on the weekend of August 5th.
