Last Sunday saw the launch of the Clonad GAA club centenary celebrations.

Laois Hire's Ciara Conroy presented this year's Clonad adult captain Denis Sheeran with a set of jerseys with a centenary logo on them.

The clubs grounds have undergone a major face lift while a members and friends day will take place on June 28th.

The 1984 Clonad team that won the Centenary Cup will also be honoured, while there will be activities for children as well.
