Portlaoise will be able to call on AFL star Zach Tuohy for next Sunday's Leinster club SFC quarter-final against St. Vincent's after the club's sponsor footed the bill for his flight home from Australia.

Michael Killeen of Laois Hire says his company was "delighted to be able to assist in bringing Zach home" for the O'Moore Park clash, which is a repeat of last year's Leinster final. The eight-in-a-row Laois champions were pipped at the post on that occasion, but are clearly leaving no stone unturned in a bid to reverse that result.

Tuohy played in Portlaoise's Laois SFC quarter-final and semi-finals, but had returned to Carlton before the county final win over Arles-Killeen.
