'It's lovely, (it's) fantastic to be recognised by your peers, I'm absolutely thrilled to bits' - 2016 TG4 Players Player of the Year Brid Stack.
Speaking at the CityWest Hotel after winning both an All Star and the Players Award, the Cork full-back said she was 'shocked and extremely humbled' to be named the best player of 2016.
Stack is one of six Rebels on the All Stars team named after Cork won their sixth All Ireland in-a-row.
