Terrible start for the Nire.Their star forward Gleeson has so far given a free away for picking the ball off the ground, another free away for over carrying, kicked one poor wide and let a good ball bounce off his chest to give away possession.Very poor stuff and the game is done and dusted. cuederocket (Dublin) - Posts: 5084 - 27/11/2016 15:46:53 1936943 Link 0 |
Well the 2013 & 2015 All Ireland champions playing would be a bigger game in the minds of most people.

Junior me aul Deise pal, don't be too down on the Nire's dreadful non-performance.After all,it is still three points short of the Munster final drubbing that Tipp dished out to Austin and the lads a few months back (: cuederocket (Dublin) - Posts: 5084 - 27/11/2016 17:21:03 1936967 Link 0 |

The Nire took a bit of a drubbing today but that Crokes side look like they will be there on Paddys day. catch22 (USA) - Posts: 2148 - 27/11/2016 18:20:52 1936975 Link 0 |

A really terrible performance from St Brigids today, 14 wides and just 5 scores is so unusual to what Brigids have shown in Connacht or Roscommon the last ten years matter of fact you have to go back to 2006 since they lost a Connacht final or to 2005 since they lost to Galway opposition (5 wins from 5 games before today) ispeakwisdom (Roscommon) - Posts: 2487 - 27/11/2016 21:13:11 1936997 Link 1 |
A very impressive performance from Corofin today. They played fantastic football which any GAA follower would have to admire. The conditions suited their brand of football - the pitch looked in great nick, there was no wind or rain and Brigids didn't opt to go defensive. They will be difficult to beat but, no doubt, they will run into sweepers to try to take the sting out of that full forward line neverright (Roscommon) - Posts: 1648 - 27/11/2016 23:14:33 1937013 Link 0 |
poor and distasteful. you dont wish that for any team. a surprising post from you.

I'll be accused of being anti Cork again now but I have to say this; how the hell did that Waterford team beat a Cork football team wtf is going on down there? The Nire would be a division 2 team if they played in Dublin they were shocking yesterday. clondalkindub (Dublin) - Posts: 9926 - 28/11/2016 10:20:52 1937044 Link 0 |
