Roll on the hurling I can't watch anymore of 15 men in their own half and being told that's great defending with hand pass after hand pass boring the life out of me. Come on cork n Tipp entertain us. clondalkindub (Dublin) - Posts: 9926 - 22/05/2016 15:16:33 1857317 Link 0 |

Cork's sweeper system working well...... MesAmis (Dublin) - Posts: 13704 - 22/05/2016 16:34:03 1857351 Link 1 |
God above this game is crap! Nothing against Tipp though, Cork look like a junior team LohansRedHelmet (Clare) - Posts: 2472 - 22/05/2016 16:39:31 1857353 Link 2 |

It nearly seems as though cork decided to use a sweeper and play a short game 5 minutes before the game started without ever having practised it! Sweeper has been poor and the amount of cheap ball coughed up by the backs is criminal. Cork forwards have had terrible ball but seem off form anyway LohansRedHelmet (Clare) - Posts: 2472 - 22/05/2016 16:41:41 1857357 Link 0 |
Tyrone looked to be copying Dublin's system today actually Clondalkin. Donegal_abroad (Donegal) - Posts: 1319 - 22/05/2016 16:45:49 1857359 Link 0 |

Lads, its torrential rain out there, almost unplayable conditions. Some lovely scores being taken considering. Marlon_JD (Tipperary) - Posts: 1823 - 22/05/2016 17:02:53 1857369 Link 1 |
Cork are playing to the standard that they are: a very moderate mid table Division 1B team. Except that they will be playing in 1A next year! PoolSturgeon (Galway) - Posts: 1902 - 22/05/2016 17:03:23 1857370 Link 0 |
the amount of times hawkeye has been used again today just proves that umpires just spoof half of their calls when it's not available SaffronDon (Antrim) - Posts: 2385 - 22/05/2016 17:17:00 1857379 Link 0 |
True Saffron.I wonder how many games have been won by wring umpire calls over the years? How many big games were lost?Hundreds id say.

Says the Donegal man hahaha. Rock bottom today for Cork, Tipperary will take a lot of beating. clondalkindub (Dublin) - Posts: 9926 - 22/05/2016 17:43:45 1857400 Link 0 |
Tipp continue their recent dominance over Cork on a day not conducive to good hurling. From the throw-in the result was never in doubt. cuederocket (Dublin) - Posts: 5084 - 22/05/2016 17:52:06 1857404 Link 0 |
I'm afraid it went just as I expected. Probably as poor a side as Cork ever had, I blame our County Board for years & years of neglect, Christian Brothers & Priests used to supply hurlers, the Board should have seen that era was over but they didn't. corkcelt (Cork) - Posts: 4388 - 22/05/2016 18:01:34 1857408 Link 0 |
Today should be no surprise to anyone. Cork in trouble for years. No new names in the last few years. ZUL10 (Clare) - Posts: 693 - 22/05/2016 18:19:53 1857417 Link 0 |
that should have been 2 red cards for the 2 players pulling helmets.hearing ger loughnane saying "it is only a yellow",he must not know anything about the sort of damage to the neck area from indiscriminate twisting of a helmet. perfect10 (Wexford) - Posts: 3929 - 22/05/2016 18:27:12 1857420 Link 1 |
