Red Cards - Hurling v Football

(Oldest Posts First)

If I was to get a red card and incur a one game suspension in club game (hurling) and had a football game the following week, does this mean I am suspended from my next hurling game, or would it mean I would be rules out of football game. Both games are with the one club, and are both championship games. Thanks for your help, my "friend" will really appreciate any answers!

I am under the impression a suspension means that you are suspended from GAA activity. It only happened to me once but it was end of season and there were only football games. I think there may not be general association rules about this - it may come in under bye laws depending on where you are from.
