Kerry v Mayo

Can't wait for this , Kerry will be favourites but the last thing they wanted to see was Mayo putting on a performance like that , Mayo will have all the momentum now so it's going to be some game. Thoughts people ????

This is this Mayo teams last chance to beat Kerry and push for that elusive prize, wouldn't bet a huge lot against them!

Mayo back where they love playing. Back to their running game. Taking goal chances again. That said.....this was Roscommon. I would have done a better job than their goalie today. They weren't tackling and had zero intensity. That said I think Mayo can and will beat Kerry. Revenge. Mayo by 2!

No question.

Kerry will win by 6/7

Mayo's kicking under pressure was diabolical.

Roscommon never went near Mayo..lay down

I think Kerry are a better team but Mayo will catch them cold(-ish) and win

Today doesn't change it for me. Kerry forwards can do more damage than what Mayo have faced so far. Mayo will throw everything at it but I feel they will fall short against the firepower Kerry have. Kerry by 3.

I think if Mayo bring that level of performance against Kerry I give them every chance Kerry won't live with Mayo's pace that said Kerry will be slight favourites.

Two super semifinals ahead

Kerry and Dubs will be favs to go through but Mayo and Tyrone are more than capable to both reach the final

Mayo had a huge motivational factor today and it'll be hard to get their heads in the same place.

Can see Kerry running their midfield ragged and Mayo don't have the scoring forwards to trouble Kerry IMO

Glad to see Mayo there and hoping they win.

Mayo awesome today and back to their best. Can't see Kerry matching their physicality and powerful direct running. They must be favourites to finally lift Sam after today's display. I don't think any of the other three teams left could live with them if they continue in this vein. What will they be like with Lee Keegan back on board?? The mind boggles. Could be cancelling my September reservation with booking.com.

Listened to the game on the radio, I think Mayo may have just done what the Rossie's and Armagh just did. They have now built themselves up for what could be another demolishing against a Kerry team waiting to get a decent game of football this year. If today's game was tighter I would have expected Kerry to go in over confident but now they know what they're up for a battle after Mayo put in an outstanding performance. Roscommon and Kerry are two different cattle of fish Mayo have had their struggles all year. However, looking back so did Tyrone when they won the AI against Kerry in 08 and may stand to them this year. No Keegan today either and he'll be another addition to the team to maybe mark one of Kerry's better players.

7th All-Ireland semi in a Row! Fair play to the lads to maintain this. Do Mayo forget their hurt too easily and are setting themselves up for another nasty fall? A Congrats to the Rossie's for their win on Connaught and taking Mayo to a Replay unfortunately, I thought the game would have been a lot tighter today but they were in bonus territory today. With a young team hopefully they'll be knock about this time next year.

It has all been a bit by the 'skin of their teeth' up until now for Mayo. Arguably Derry, Cork and Rossies first time round
could have put them out?

Mayo's ' name on cup' anyone? or just a matter of waiting for Kerry, Dublin\Tyrone to deliver final blow?
Definitely interesting now though!

Mayo have to be massive favourites after demolishing a division 1 team by 22 points.

We've beaten 3 div 2 teams by 6 , 11, and 8 points.

Mayo are battle hardened and have ironed out any kinks , and we haven't a clue where we stand at the minute, Mayo by 5 I'd say but I hope I'm wrong.

In fairness they are not the only yerra boys, or whatever the equivalent word is in other areas of the country. The whole hoganstand forum is one big 'yerra fest' :-D

Isn't it really interesting. Are Mayo peaking at the right time?

Yerra it's a frightening proposition for poor Kerry altogether. A crowd that have very few all-irelands between the whole team and management. Very worrying.
