Sam is between Dublin, Cork and Kerry..

(Oldest Posts First) - Go To The Latest Post

Agree - Cork and Dublin followed by Kerry (Based more on the fact that they are always there or thereabouts).
Cork and Dublin seriously powerful - Cork hampered massively last year by injuries but think meeting of the two would be very interesting.

Too early for Tyrone but future looks promising.

Its Dublins to lose. Step ahead of the other two. Back Dublin now because they're price will only contract - very strong all over the field. Cork and Kerry will just fall short. Tyrone another step behing those two. Then the chasing pack of Mayo, Kildare and Donegal.

The Dubs for two in a row.

Cork methinks. Good to see Colm O'Neill back. He'll be hard stopped this year.

Now that's a ridiculous statement. Talk about stating the obvious! Let's put it this way: there are only 3 teams capable of putting in an AI winning performance on any given day........here's a hint - take a look at the div1 table. Anybody from any other county(besides these 3) who believes they have even a sniff of a chance is delusional.

Oh the arrogance.... lol

No hints required thanks I know enough about football to know that more than 3 counties are capable of winning the AI.

As for delusional ha I'll give you 2 hints 'Mirror' and 'look in'.

Got it yet....... :))

Much too early for this kind of talk. Dublin have to go away to Down, Mayo and Cork yet so I wouldn't be doing any celebratory jigs right now. Each of those is a potential banana skin. Kerry are coming good as you'd expect and Cork were always going to be strong. The real surprises have been Kildare (poor enough to date) and Tyrone (great start with a lot of new faces). On the face of it Kerry, Tyrone, Dublin and Cork look strong with Mayo not far behind. Come summer, anything is possible from the likes of Kildare, Donegal, Galway.

Not disagreeing with you there realdub, but 4/1 is pretty generous for a team of Corks calibre, that is if they stay injury free of course.

I'd put Kildare and Mayo well ahead of Tyrone at this point as well, we won't be in with a shout come September. I'd put us back along with Galway, Donegal, Meath etc. as teams that would be doing well to get an AI quarter or semi

Dont think ye'll win it but Mayo or Kildare have less of a chance. You cant judge teams on this time of the year performances but you can on the last few years and Cork, Kerry and Dublin are definitely the teams to beat and I for one cant see anyone else winning it. I'd even go as far as saying it would be a major shock

Its a fair enough statement, Kerry , Cork and Dublin are the teams to beat this year as it has been for a number of years. Top three teams for sure with plenty of experience of late Summer football. Tyrone arnt in the reckoning, Quater Finals at best

GAA fans are a fickle as the next. This time next week there will be another team in the mix or another saying they don't have a chance. There are always surprises come the championship. YE ALL BETTER RUN TO THE BOOKIES IF THE LAST FOUR HAS BEEN DECIDED - BEST OF LUCK WITH THAT
