St Brigids club notes

Well done to Noelle Healy, Ciara Trant, Deirdre Murphy and all in Dublin Ladies who won the All-Ireland quarterfinal last Saturday. Hard luck to Andrew Dunphy and the Dublin Minor Hurlers who lost out to Cork on Sunday. St Brigids were strongly represented in the Dublin squad who took part in the Ladies Football Eugene Egan Memorial Tournament on Sunday, winning the event. AHL3 team had a great result against St Sylvesters during the week with a last minute goal to secure a comeback win by a point having been 7 points down!

Kellogg's Cúl Camp is 14th - 18th August (age 6-12) and Nursery Camp 21st - 25th August (age 4 - 6). All camps are from 10 to 2 each day. You can sign up for the camps via the website www.stbrigidsgaa.com, the button for summer camps is on right hand side near the end of the website home page. You can come down on the 14th at 9.30 and register if not already done.

 

St Brigids 5k is set for 17th September 10am, it takes place on All-Ireland Football Sunday. Individual or "Team of 4" entry, hoping for a huge club occasion -Click on https://register.primoevents.com/ps/event/StBrigidsGAA5k to register. T-Shirts and Goody Bags for early entrants.

Club Lotto is taking a summer break, next Draw is on 7th September and Nursery resumes on Saturday 2nd September 9.30 to 11.00 am all 4 to 7 year olds welcome.

 

Junior A Hurlers have home Quarterfinal on 19th August playing Commercials at 6.30 and are hoping for a place in the Semi-final, come down and support the lads. Division 6 Hurlers are home on Sunday 20th for league v Castleknock.
