Ballymun Kickhams have progressed to the Dublin Senior Football Semi-Final with a 2-23 to 1-8 win over Raheny in this evening's early game at Parnell Park.

Both teams exchanged early scores but it was at two points a piece the 2012 champions kicked on.

Paddy Mullen fired to the net for Ballymun on the twenty-three minute mark with Raheny replying quickly after a goal of their own (McMahon) less then five minutes later. Despite this Ballymun went into the dressing room five points ahead at half-time, 1-11 to 1-6.

Raheny proved no match for county star Dean Rock in the second half who was flawless in front of the posts. Ted Furman, Karl Connolly, Paddy Small, Jason Whelan and Kevin Leahy all chipped in with their own second half scores. A late goal from Furman topped off the Kickhams win.

They now join St. Judes and Castleknock in the last four.
