David Brady believes a Dublin campaign has been orchestrated against Mayo wing back Lee Keegan.

There has been a lot of talk about Keegan in the capital since the drawn All-Ireland final eleven days ago and former Mayo midfielder Brady says it has been planned:

"I'm Mayo to the core. We all have a bit of bias, but you have to say it as you see it," he told The Irish Daily Star. "I'm on record last year saying in the build-up to the All-Ireland final between Dublin and Kerry that the vilification of Philly McMahon was unfair.

"This year it is being orchestrated against Lee Keegan to systematically muddy the waters for Maurice Deegan. If you could find the email trail, I'd be surprised if it didn't start at a higher level.

"We should be building this up as the best forward in Ireland against the best back. It's sad on the biggest game of the year that one player is being targeted, and it's not for All Star ability."
