Denis Bastick says Dublin are "not foolish enough" to get caught up in the hype of recording back-to-back All-Ireland SFC victories.

For the third time in five years, the capital men have the opportunity to pull off a feat which hasn't been achieved since Kerry's victory of 2007 but Bastick says they've enough to focus on ahead of Sunday's semi-final against the Kingdom at Croke Park.

"That's there in the background," Bastick told the Irish Daily Star. "But we're also not foolish enough to focus on that too much.

"Having come off the back of a win in 2015, I suppose it's very much in your mind what you did after '11, what you did after '13.

"We weren't able to go back-to-back. So, you know, it's very easy to get focused and understand how big the actual challenge is."
